6 Most Wanted PS3 Features.

Today we'd like to talk about 6 of our most wanted features hopefully coming to the Playstation 3 in the near future.


Cross Game Voice Chat:
We all know its coming, its just a matter of when. Lets face it its needed, especially when you think about all these great single player games coming out soon like God of War, Final Fantasy, Heavy Rain and The Last Guardian that your gonna be playing by your lonesome.

In-Game Video Recording:
Ever wanted to record a race on Gran Turismo or a montage on Killzone just dont have the equipment to do it? How about Sony implement a feature to let you record your games straight onto the HDD with no add-ons needed. It certainly would help you pick which platform your next big game will be bought for.

Video Streaming:
You can stream from a PC easy enough so why not a Playstation? Yeah most people will stream porn but some people will use it for more useful things like showing family video's to relatives in foreign countries or watch films and music with your friends. This feature was originally meant to come with Home, so maybe theres still hope?

Portable PSN:
Sony keep talking about how much they want PSN to grow as a community. How about they give you the ability to talk to your PSN buddies on your PSP, Mobile Phone or a PC when your out and about? Would'nt that make things much easier.

PS2 Game Store:
Sony have already ruled out backwards compatability for the recent PS3 models but how about a PS2 store so you can download your old favourites like Shadow of the Colossus, ICO, Metal Gear Solid 3, God of War, Final Fantasy, Killzone, Kingdom Hearts, Okami to name a few. Maybe it will even help people make the jump from PS2 to PS3.

Standby Downloading/Charging:
Ever get annoyed leaving your Playstation on while you download or charge your controllers? Pain in the arse aint it, PS3 needs a feature where you can put your system on standby and it will still  finish off all your jobs it would make things alot simpler.
